Your Decathlon gift card is used as a payment method at checkout, both on decathlon.cz and in Decathlon stores in the Czech Republic. Have the card number and PIN ready.

Online:

  1. Add your items to the basket on decathlon.cz and go to checkout.
  2. Fill in your delivery or store pick-up details and continue to the payment step.
  3. Select gift card ("Dárková karta") as the payment method.
  4. Enter the card number and PIN code, then confirm to apply the value to your order.
  5. If your order costs more than the card value, pay the difference with another method, such as a payment card.

In-Store Redemption:

  1. Find your nearest store: https://www.decathlon.cz/store-locator
  2. Present the gift card at the till when paying. You can show it on your phone or print it out.
  3. The value is deducted from your total; pay any remaining amount with another payment method.

The card can be used for more than one purchase: any unused balance stays on the card until it is spent or expires. You can combine up to 10 payment methods in a single transaction, so several gift cards can be used on one order (for example 9 gift cards plus one card payment).

Yes, you can combine multiple gift cards in a single transaction, online and in store. Decathlon caps each order at 10 payment methods in total, so gift cards and e-vouchers together may not exceed 10, and if you top up the order in cash or by card that top-up counts toward the same limit of 10.

You can check your balance online at https://www.decathlon.cz/services/giftcard/balance or at any Decathlon store. If the card was bought in another country, you need to use that country's Decathlon website instead.

No. If you paid with a Decathlon gift card, the refund is credited back onto the gift card rather than paid to you in cash or to your bank account. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash in any way.
