The voucher can be redeemed in-store only by following these steps:

Regular Checkout:

Print the barcode/number of the e-voucher and present it to a cashier at checkout.

Self-Checkout:

- Scan your items at the self-service station.

- In the payment methods select Bon Upominkowy.

- Scan the gift card barcode or enter the number.

- The amount of the gift card will be applied to your total.

  • The gift card can be redeemed at any Kaufland store in Poland.
  • Polish-issued gift cards are not valid in Kaufland stores outside Poland.
  • Can be used to purchase any products sold in Kaufland stores in Poland.
  • The card can be used multiple times until the full balance is spent.
  • If the total purchase amount exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid with another payment method.
  • The card must be presented at checkout or the barcode/number of the e-voucher must be provided. Digital codes must be printed — codes shown on a phone or laptop screen will not be accepted.
  • Valid for 4 years from the date of issuance.
  • Balance and expiry date can be checked:
    • At the Customer Service Point in any Kaufland store in Poland.
    • By calling +48 800 300 062.
  • The gift card should be treated like cash and kept in good condition.
  • Kaufland is not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed cards.
  • No replacements will be issued in case of loss or damage.
