Porter gift cards are used as a payment method when buying flights (base fare, fees and taxes) and related extras such as seats, bags and bundles. They can also be applied to a Porter Pass purchase.

Online at flyporter.com:

1. Go to flyporter.com, search for your flights and select them.
2. Complete the passenger details and continue to the Payment page.
3. Choose the Gift card payment option.
4. Enter the gift card number and the PIN, then apply it to the booking.
5. If the total is higher than the card value, pay the difference with another accepted payment method, such as a credit card.

You can apply up to 5 gift cards to a single online booking, and combine them with another form of payment.

By phone (Porter Call Centre):

1. Call the Porter Call Centre at 1-888-619-8622.
2. Tell the agent you want to pay with a Porter gift card and give them the card number and PIN.
3. Any remaining balance on the booking can be paid with another accepted payment method.

At the airport:

1. Present the gift card number and PIN at a Porter counter at a Canadian or international airport.
2. At the airport the gift card balance must cover the full cost of the purchase, as it cannot be combined with another payment method there.

Unused value stays on the card and can be used on later purchases; Porter gift cards never expire. They cannot be used onboard flights or for group travel of 10 or more passengers.

Gift cards are issued in Canadian dollars and can only be redeemed for purchases made in that currency.
