Flight Centre Gift Card

Your Flight Centre gift card can be applied to any Flight Centre travel product, including flights, hotels, cruises and tours. It is redeemed when you book with a travel consultant, either in a store or over the phone.

In-Store Redemption:

1. Find your nearest participating Flight Centre store in Canada: https://www.flightcentre.ca/stores/
2. Plan and confirm your booking with a travel consultant in store.
3. When it is time to pay, present your gift card number to the consultant.
4. The gift card value is deducted from your booking total. If the trip costs more than your balance, pay the difference with another payment method.

Phone Redemption:

1. Call Flight Centre at 1-877-967-5302 to make a booking using your gift card.
2. Tell the consultant you would like to pay with a Flight Centre gift card.
3. Provide your gift card number when the consultant takes payment.
4. Cover any amount above your gift card balance with another payment method.

The gift card is partially redeemable: you can use it across multiple bookings until the value is depleted, and the funds do not expire. Value cannot be added to the card after purchase.

Flight Centre gift cards are not accepted as payment for online bookings made on the Flight Centre website.
