Log in to your AnyCard account and open the Swap section, where your current balance is displayed.

No. The card cannot be spent in a store or exchanged for cash: you register it online at anycard.ca/choice, providing your name, a password and a valid email address, then swap the value for an eGift card from one of the participating retailers. That eGift card is sent to the email address you registered.
