Shell PIN Kenya is a convenient payment solution offered by Shell in Kenya. It is a card-based system that allows you to easily make purchases for fuel, EV charging, and other Shell services.

- Customer walks to the gas station
- Customer requests to pay using eVoucher
- Customer dials 48318#, from the phone that received the voucher and selects redeem.
- Enter outlet Till Number and the amount.
- Both attendant and customer will receive a message confirming redemption.
- The customer pays for the difference, in cases where the amount redeemed is less then the total value of the goods purchased.
- To redeem your voucher, simply visit Shell gas stations
- This Gift voucher is valid for full or partial redemption
- Validity is for 12 months.
- Gift vouchers are reloadable.
- This voucher is not redeemable for cash.
- It cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- If misplaced Shell cannot block/cancel the voucher, the customer will not be liable for any transactions on the lost/stolen voucher
