- The customer pays for the difference, in cases where the amount redeemed is less then the total value of the goods purchased
- This voucher is not redeemable for cash.
- It cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged
- If misplaced Java House cannot block/cancel the voucher
