Redemption:

• Mango digital gift cards (referred to as gift cards) can only be redeemed on the Mango website operating in the country where the gift card was purchased. For example, only digital gift cards in British pounds will be accepted on the UK Mango website.

• The gift card is non-transferable.
• The cardholder is fully responsible for its use and safekeeping.
• In case of loss or theft, the gift card cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances. Presenting the purchase receipt for the gift card and/or the payment receipt does not entitle the holder to a replacement or refund.

• If the gift card details or codes are unclear, Mango staff reserve the right to accept or decline it.
• The gift card grants the holder the exclusive right to purchase one or more items of clothing and/or accessories sold at that time on mango.com, located in the same country where the card was purchased.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or for other gift cards or similar instruments (e.g., gift vouchers, promo codes, etc.) from other retailers.
• Only one gift card can be used per order as a payment method and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
• The gift card is not valid in Mango stores or on Mangooutlet.com.
• The gift card can only be used in the country where it was purchased and cannot be used in another country.

• The value of the gift card is valid from the moment of its activation.
• The gift card can be used for purchases until the balance is exhausted.
• The balance of the gift card will decrease as it is used to purchase clothing and/or accessories. The existing balance of the gift card can be checked on mango.com.
