The code adds funds to the wallet of your PlayStation account. Your account must be registered in Bulgaria, and wallet top-up codes can only be redeemed by account holders aged 18+. The code is 12 digits.

Web browser:

  1. Go to store.playstation.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Select your profile at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Redeem Code from the drop-down menu.
  4. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue. The funds are added to your wallet.

PlayStation App (mobile):

  1. Open the PlayStation App and sign in to your account.
  2. Select the PS Store icon, then select the menu icon on the right side of the screen.
  3. Select Redeem Code.
  4. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue.

PS5 console:

  1. Go to PlayStation Store and press the triangle button to open the menu.
  2. Select … (More), then Redeem Code.
  3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Redeem.

PS4 console:

  1. Go to PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Redeem Codes.
  2. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue, then Confirm or Yes.

Wallet funds can only be used to buy content and services on PlayStation Store, and funds cannot be transferred between accounts, so make sure you are signed in to the right account before redeeming. If the code is for a child account, the wallet top-up must be redeemed on the family manager's account, who can then set a monthly spending limit for the child.

Check your transaction history in Account Management: redeemed vouchers appear in the transaction details section.
