A refill is added to your Cricket Wireless account as a credit and is then used against your monthly service charge on your due date, so an amount smaller than your plan price sits as credit rather than buying part of a month. Cricket's single-line plans are $35, $40, $50 and $60 without AutoPay, and on plans from $40 up the lower price it advertises includes a $5 AutoPay credit that needs a card enrolled on your Cricket account.
Your billing cycle begins on the day you activated service and starts on that same date each month, so your due date is the day before the next cycle begins and payment is due by 11:59 pm Central Time. A cycle runs 28 to 31 days depending on the month.
Cricket Wireless will send your balance to your phone by text if you enter your Cricket number on its Quick Pay page. Your current balance and payment due date are also shown when you sign in online or use the myCricket app. Cricket publishes no dial code for checking a balance.
Every line on the account is suspended if it is not paid in full by 11:59 pm Central on the due date, and while suspended you cannot make or receive calls, texts or data, though 611 and 911 still work. Pay within 60 days of your last payment date to keep your number; on the 60th day the account is cancelled. A reactivation fee may apply.
Yes. You buy the refill on Bitrefill and pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as well as with crypto. These non-crypto methods are only available in specific regions, so a card issued outside them may not go through.
