Airtel's one-month DTH packs are valid for 30 days, and Airtel also sells six-month and twelve-month packs. You can switch to a different Airtel DTH plan part-way through a plan's duration.
Give a missed call to 81300-81300 from the mobile number registered on the connection and Airtel sends your balance back. You can also text BAL to 54325 from that number, or look at the Services tab in the Airtel app.
Airtel suspends the connection if you do not make the minimum recharge after the due date. A minimum balance of 150 rupees is needed to reactivate the service, and a reconnection fee may apply.
Airtel says its Safe Custody option can be availed by consumers once in every 4 months. It parks the connection for either 30 or 100 days, is a paid option, and is arranged by calling Airtel's call centre.
Call Airtel's 24x7 DTH helpline on 9810012345, which Airtel states is toll free. From an Airtel line you can dial 121 instead, and Airtel also takes DTH questions by email at digitaltv@airtel.com.
Airtel DTH does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
