H2O Wireless expires an unused pay-as-you-go balance after 90 days on its $10 and $30 tiers and after 365 days on the $100 tier. Talk and text are charged at 5 cents each and data and MMS at 10 cents per MB, so the amount you add is spent per unit rather than buying an allowance. H2O publishes no $20 tier.
Yes, as long as you recharge before your airtime expires the unused balance carries over and your expiration date is extended. If you let it expire first, that balance is gone.
Text bal to 327986787 from your H2O Wireless phone and you will get a message with your remaining balance, or sign in at h2owireless.com. On pay as you go your remaining balance also appears on the display after every call or text, and dialling 611 is free.
Your service is interrupted once the balance reaches $0, apart from calls to 911, and you then have 30 days to add money before H2O Wireless cancels the account and you lose the number. A reactivation charge may apply.
Yes. You buy the refill on Bitrefill and pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as well as with crypto. These non-crypto methods are only available in specific regions, so a card issued outside them may not go through.
Dial 611 from your H2O Wireless phone or call 1-800-643-4926 from any phone. H2O does not count either against your talk minutes. Support is open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 22:00 ET and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 19:00 ET.
H2O PayGo does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
A mobile airtime top-up should be added to a phone number within a few seconds to minutes. Sometimes, there may be a small delay on the part of the mobile operator, but rest assured, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your top-up has been processed successfully.
