4. This Gift Card must be presented to the cashier before purchase.
5. This Gift Card is non-refundable, non-transferable; not exchangeable for cash.
6. Any remaining balance after first purchase can be used for future purchases.
7. GMG reserves the right to deactivate or terminate for suspected fraud or unlawful activity.
8. GMG may amend these terms without prior notice.
9. If Gift Card program is discontinued, GMG may replace/substitute with merchandise of similar value.
10. GMG's decision in disputes is final.
