Step 1: Sign in to your account on the Almosafer app or website and make sure it is verified

Step 2:

  • On app: Go to the 'Add points to your Wallet' section under Wallet in 'Profile'
  • On web: Go to the 'Add & earn points' section under Wallet in 'My Account'

Step 3: Choose the option to use a Wallet points code and submit your unique voucher code*.

*You will receive the points in your Almosafer Wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem it on bookings

  • The voucher code can only be submitted on the KSA version of the Almosafer app or website.
  • You must be signed in with a verified account while submitting the unique voucher code.
  • You'll receive the Wallet points within 60 minutes of submitting the code.
  • The Wallet points can be redeemed across Almosafer KSA web and app only.
  • The code is valid for one-time use only.
  • Duration of the code validity: Unlimited.
  • Earned Wallet points are valid for 1 year from the date the code is submitted.
  • Stay & travel period: Open with no blackout dates.
  • You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet.
