What is the difference between AT&T PIN and the standard AT&T refill?

How do I check my AT&T Prepaid balance and expiration date?

Call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone, or 800.901.9878 from any other phone, then say Balance and payments and follow the prompts. The automated line reads out both your account balance and your expiration date.

What happens if I do not top up my AT&T Prepaid account in time?

You have 60 days from your balance expiration date to make a payment. If you do not, AT&T cancels the account and you lose your phone number.

Can I restart AT&T Prepaid service after my account has been cancelled?

Not by topping up. Once the account is cancelled, AT&T requires a new SIM card and a new plan to re-establish the service, so top up before the 60 day window closes.
