The refill arrived within less than a minute of my sending the bitcoin. Since I had not previously used the system I chose the lowest 50 PhP load. The exchange rate was excellent but the fees on such a small transaction were about 14 PhP. Obviously the thing to do is to buy more load at a time. Not only do you get more load per bitcoin, but your transactions fees become vanishing small. This will become my go to way of getting load.
