Shoppers can pay their bills, exchange foreign currency, gift wrapping services and enjoy the convenience of a Gift Registry in the store, all in one stop. Value-added services such as ATM Banking, ticketing, remittance and a shopper loyalty program are also made available. In response to the times, The SM Store now has SM Call to Deliver, and an online store ShopSM, and of course, the physical store – to better serve its customers and give them an omnichannel experience. 1. Go to the Bills Payment Counter of The SM Store or call #14376 for SM Call to Deliver. See the participating locations on https://giftaway.ph/card/thesmstore?viewonly&catalog#locations.
2. For in-store redemption at The SM Store: Present your E-gift card at the Bills Payment Counter for validation. The cashier/officer will exchange it to SM Gift Pass that can be used at The SM Store.
3. For delivery through the SM Call to Deliver #14376: Call #14376 and inform the Personal Shopper that you will be using an E-gift card. A Personal Shopper will reach out to verify and confirm the orders. Exclusive at The SM Store only.

1. The E-gift card can be redeemed at The SM Store only.
2. The SM Store E-gift card has a unique code that corresponds to an amount.
3. To use the E-gift card at the store, the code must be presented to the Bills Payment Counter for validation.
4. Once validated, the Bills Payment Officer will release the SM Gift Pass that can be used at The SM Store.
5. To use the E-gift card for delivery, the customer shall call SM Call to Deliver hotline #14376 to order items. A Personal Shopper will reach out to the customer through Viber/SMS to verify and confirm the orders. The recipient must only give this to the Personal Shopper once he/she commits to use it.
6. The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the E-gift card code.
7. The E-gift card is for one-time use only. If the total value of E-gift card is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the E-gift card amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
8. The E-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Once redeemed, it cannot be replaced when stolen or lost.
9. The E-gift card may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services.
10. Multiple E-gift card codes may be used per transaction.
