• eGift can be used on Be app for BeBike, BeCar services (not applicable to beFood, beGoMarket, beDelivery and beTaxi services)
• eGift is used in Hà Nội, HCM, Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, Vũng Tàu, Cần Thơ.
• eGift does not include surcharges 
• Can use 01 eGift code on the same bill; eGift will not be resold, refunded or exchanged partly/wholly to cash.
• User manual:
• Step 1: Customers go to "My Offers", enter the code in the "Enter offer code" and confirm => The code will be saved to the account
• Step 2: Customers order a car, go to "Promotions" to choose the code saved in step 1
• Note: After adding "My Offers" on the Be app, the code is valid for up to 90 days from the date of addition and can only be used at the added account. Please use caution to avoid code expiration.
  
• eGift is not applied with other promotions.
• eGift is valid for one time use only. Expired eGift or "Used" status eGift is not accepted.
• Please review carefully the expiry date on eGift.
• Ownership and risk of loss of eGift passes to the purchaser as soon as the he/she decides to buy the eGift. UrBox is not responsible for lost, stolen or "Used" status eGift for any reason.
• UrBox is not responsible for product or service quality as well as for any subsequent disputes between customer and Be.
• UrBox has right in adjusting or changing the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
