• eGift is released by UrBox. Please carefully review the Expiry date when receiving the voucher. Please do not use screenshots - Do not print.
• Customers have the right to use multiple eGifts on the same invoice.
• eGift applies to all GO! and BIG C Goods!
• eGift is applied in conjunction with other promotions of GO! and BIG C - unlimited points program, except for other regulations of GO! and BIG C (if).
• eGift applies to Invoices equal to or greater than eGift
• eGift is applied to all days of the week, including holidays, public holidays and New Year
• eGift is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Customers may be asked to pay more if they use more than the value of the eGift. eGift codes that are out of date or in the “Used” status will not be accepted.
• GO! and BIG C eGift will not be refunded to Customer in case of return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for keeping the code information confidential after placing an order. UrBox will not be responsible for returning eGifts that are lost or in the “Used” state after the time the eGift code has been issued for any reason.
• UrBox is not responsible for the quality of the products or services provided or for any subsequent disputes between the customer and GO! or between the customer and BIG C.
• UrBox reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without prior notice
