Store usage and application:

• eGift applies to all Ushi Mania stores (see "Store Location" for details)
• Multiple eGifts can be used per invoice (max 30 eGifts/invoice)
• Only eGifts with QR code/Barcode are accepted
• Compatible with other promotions and membership point programs
• Applicable for bill/table separation
• Valid during holidays and New Year
• Must present eGift code to staff before payment

Terms & Conditions:

• One-time use only
• Non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash
• Expired codes or "Used" status not accepted
• No refunds for unused value
• Additional payment may be required if bill exceeds eGift value
• Copies (photocopy, image, scan, etc.) not accepted

Customer Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality of eGift information
• UrBox not responsible for lost eGifts or those showing "Used" status
• UrBox not responsible for product/service quality or customer disputes
• UrBox may modify terms without notice
