  1. By using the Direct Credit Service, you hereby authorize eZ Cash to perform the following: To automatically credit your Account upon receipt of direct credit instructions from WOGI. b) To provide the relevant information required by WOGI to facilitate the Direct Credit process which may include your personal data and/or information.
  2. You shall ensure that the direct credit amount is within the transaction limit of your respective wallet tiering. (Classic wallet limit: LKR 10,000 and Power wallet limit: LKR 50,000) Should the amount requested exceed the transaction limit, the direct credit instruction may be rejected by eZ Cash.
  3. You hereby agree that eZ Cash shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to credit your Account where the relevant merchant where the direct credit instructions are made has delayed, rejected, refused, or is otherwise unable to send such direct credit instructions to eZ Cash.
  4. You hereby agree to indemnify and to keep eZ Cash indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses that eZ Cash may incur arising from your authorization and request to eZ Cash to credit your Account or any error in such authorization due to any reason whatsoever except due to the gross negligence or wilful default of eZ Cash.
  5. Both eZ Cash and Wogi are not responsible for the success/failure of top-up balances made due to inaccurate information. All account information received is final and will be processed without refund/return.
