For online redemption:

  1. Go to www.skechers.com to select your items.
  2. Click the “Checkout” button.
  3. Fill in the shipping information.
  4. Select payment.
  5. Select “Gift Card” and enter your gift card number and PIN.

Skechers cashier instructions:

  1. Scan the items for sale.
  2. Touch “Total.”
  3. Touch the GIFT CARD button.
  4. Scan the gift card from a printout or manually key in the 19-digit account number directly from the client’s mobile device.
  5. Have customer enter gift card pin on signature pad.
