  • If the store’s eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the store staff will politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may use the eGift once the system is back online.
  • The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items or services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value is not used up, no cash change will be given. If the purchase exceeds the eGift amount, the recipient must pay the difference.
