  • To place your order online at www.jcp.com, select "gift card/e-gift card" as your payment option during the checkout process, then enter the card # and ID #.
  • At a JCPenney store, present your e-Gift Card or gift card at the register for merchandise or services.
  • To check your balance, go to http://www.jcpenney.com/jsp/global/unsupported_browsers.jsp or call 1-800-294-8804 and enter your JCPenney e-Gift Card # when prompted.
