In-Store Redemption:

  1. Go to a Dutch Bros Coffee shop in the USA.
  2. Place your order
  3. At the window or register, present your e-Gift Card
  4. The barista will scan or enter the card number and deduct the gift card value from your purchase.
  5. If the purchase total is higher than the card value, pay the remainder by another method

In App Redemption:

  1. Download and open the Dutch Bros app on iOS or Android.
  2. Navigate to Payment Methods or Gift Cards.
  3. Choose “Add Gift Card” or similar in the app.
  4. Enter your gift card number and PIN/reg code
  5. Your gift card balance will be loaded into the app
  6. At checkout, select the gift card as your payment method, either in-store when scanning your app code or when ordering through the app.
