Online Redemption:

  1. Browse kay.com and select the item(s) you want to purchase.
  2. At checkout, when prompted for payment, enter the Gift Card Number and PIN in the designated fields.
  3. Click Apply / Redeem. The gift card balance will be deducted from your total.

In-Store Redemption:

  1. Print out the e-Gift Card or have it displayed on your phone.
  2. Bring it to any KAY Jewelers retail store in the U.S.
  3. At the counter, present the gift card number + PIN so the cashier can apply it to your purchase.

  • Gift Cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.
  • Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any dormancy or other fees.
