No, your Zift Zillions of Gifts card cannot be used directly at stores. You must redeem it for eGifts at ZillionsGift.com first by entering your card number, expiration date, and CVV. Once you receive your eGifts by email, you can use them online or in-store by printing or showing them on your phone.

No, each card must be redeemed separately at ZillionsGift.com. Multiple cards cannot be combined or stacked together, so you will receive separate eGifts for each card you redeem.

The physical card has an expiration date printed on it, but the funds loaded on your card do not expire. You can use the money on your account even after the card's expiration date has passed.

You can check your balance by logging into ZillionsGift.com with your card number, expiration date, and CVV - your balance will appear in the top right of your screen. Alternatively, you can call customer service at 1-833-414-9427.
