A valid Home Depot account must be created to purchase a Gift Card, or to check your Gift Card balance, reload value, or redeem your Gift Card at www.homedepot.com/GiftCards. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law, where redemption can be made at your local store. If Gift Card is lost or stolen, present proof of purchase at any store and we will issue a replacement with the value of the Gift Card when it was reported lost or stolen (Gift Cards purchased with cash will not be replaced unless required by law). Returns of purchases made with Gift Cards or Store Credits are subject to our Returns Policy (available in our stores and online) and will be refunded as a Store Credit. Gift Cards and Store Credits are not credit/debit cards and are not redeemable for cash or credit unless required by law, where redemption can be made at your local store. Gift Cards and Store Credits cannot be applied to credit or loan balances, Rental Center deposits, or for in-home sales. GiftCards and Store Credits may be deactivated or rejected if fraud is suspected(in our sole discretion).
