Ortel 的 Smart World 选项价格与这里出售的面额一致：Smart World S+ 为 12.49 欧元、M+ 为 17.49 欧元、L+ 为 22.49 欧元、XL+ 为 32.49 欧元，每个有效期 28 天。Ortel 会提前从您的余额中扣除所选选项的费用，只要账户余额充足，就会每 28 天自动续订。

Ortel 的条款允许您在余额转入后的最长 6 个月内使用账户中的全部余额。每次充值 5 欧元或以上，都会为账户中的全部余额开启新的 6 个月有效期。

在手机上输入 *101# 并按拨号键。余额也会显示在 Ortel Mobile app 和 MeinOrtel 客户门户中。

每个有效期结束后，Ortel 会加上两个月的被动可达阶段，在此期间仍然可以接听来电和接收短信。您可以在这个阶段充值，开启新的有效期。如果在此期间没有充值，SIM 卡就会停用，合同也随之终止，无需另行通知。

Ortel不支持加密货币，但您可以在Bitrefill上使用Bitcoin或其他加密货币为您的手机充值。
