Requires a TrueMoney account with a Thai phone number (+66) and completed identity verification (KYC).
KYC can be completed in-app or at 7-Eleven.
1. Unseal and claim your gift card.
2. Click the “Exchange it for money into your TrueMoney account” button and check that you have not reached your TrueMoney limit.
3. Enter the mobile phone number you wish to top up.
4. Confirm the top-up.
5. The amount will be credited to your TrueMoney account and can be used for payments via the TrueMoney app.
Note:
- Do not use VPN while redeeming as it may cause activation failures
- Redemption is not available between 00:00 - 06:00 daily (system maintenance)
