1. Lotus's e-Vouchers cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or another form of payment. Cannot change the difference in cash in the case of purchasing less than the value of e-Vouchers. 2. Can be used to buy products at all Lotus's branches and must be used before the expiration date. 3. Can only be used once. 4. Cannot be used to purchase alcohol beverages, cigarettes, prepaid top-up card, gift cards, mobile phone, formula milk for baby and infant (formula 1 and 2), Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Birdy Ice Coffee, products of True, all energy drinks, all packaged goods, all Mae Pranom products, limited quantity goods, gift baskets, Jungle Café, Bill and fee payment services, Postal services, Food court, Lotus’s online shopping and products/shops of Lotus’s tenant shops, and medicine shop. 5.The e-Voucher must be redeemed at point of cashier counter only. We reserve the right to not accept any saved image or printed voucher in hard copy 6. Discounts from using will not be taken into the calculation of Clubcard points. 7. The company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
