Buy gift card. Go to twitch.tv/redeem and enter the code. Choose "United States" and just type 12345 as the zip code. Hit redeem. To spend your Twitch wallet balance, VPN to the US. You may still have to add a payment method (PayPal works), or it will tell you you're ineligible for purchasing. Kind of a hassle, but you're saving money if subs are more expensive in your local currency!
