  • The E-Voucher redemption can only be done on the JIWA+ Application.
  • After the E-Voucher is redeemed on the JIWA+ application, it can be used no later than 30 days from the redemption date.
  • The E-Voucher cannot be combined with other promos (including bundling products) on the JIWA+ Application.
  • Using the E-Voucher will not get JIWA Points on the JIWA+ application.
  • 1 (one) E-Voucher can only be used 1 (one) time per transaction and cannot be used for more than 1 (one) E-Voucher/transaction.
  • E-Vouchers that are not used during the period will be considered forfeited.
  • The E-Voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • The E-Voucher used for JIWA+ transaction values with a nominal value lower than the E-Voucher nominal cannot be returned.
  • Customers are required to pay the price difference if the transaction value is above the E-Voucher nominal using the payment method available in the JIWA+ application.
  • Users are responsible for the protection and confidentiality of links and E-Vouchers.
  • The E-Voucher is valid at all outlets registered in the JIWA+ application.
  • The E-Voucher is valid without a minimum transaction.
  • The E-Voucher is valid for all payment methods.
  • The E-Voucher is valid for Pickup & Delivery methods.
  • JIWA+ has the right to withhold and/or cancel promos and/or limit services, either temporarily or permanently, to users at certain business partners at any time, including if abusive, fraudulent, and/or other suspicious activities are discovered.
  • JIWA+ has the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notification.
