Be aware that you dont automatically receive the top up, you get a voucher which you have to redeem in the app. But this is very easy to do. In the VNPT (Vinaphone) app go to "top-up" and click "Mobile scratch card" - this is where you can input the voucher number that Bitrefill gives you and redeem the top up.
