  1. Click "Redeem" to initiate the redemption process.
  2. A pop-up window will appear. Enter your yuu ID and the registered email address or username associated with your yuu Rewards Account (must match your yuu Account).
  3. Tap “Redeem yuu Points” to proceed.
  4. A success message will be displayed once the redemption is complete. Points will be credited to the provided yuu Account.
  5. You will receive a push notification from the yuu App (if enabled) upon successful crediting. Points are typically credited shortly after redemption. In rare cases, it may take longer due to the account verification process.
  6. You can view the credited points in the yuu App under the “Bonus Points” section, with WOGI Rewards listed as the reference.
  7. The maximum allowable balance in a yuu account (for unspent points) is 200,000 yuu Points (~SGD 1,000). If the redemption would cause the account balance to exceed this limit, the transaction will not proceed. Please utilize some points before redeeming to remain within this cap.

You can use more than one card per purchase.
This card can only be used once.

  1. E-Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or credit-in-kind.
  2. No extensions will be granted beyond the e-voucher’s validity date.
  3. yuu Rewards Club and WOGI reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
  4. The aggregate value of the yuu E-Gift card(s) held in a person’s yuu points balance shall not at any time exceed S$1,000. yuu Rewards Club will not issue any yuu E-Gift card(s) or allow any activity, transaction, or dealing involving any yuu E-Gift card(s) to proceed if it will result in the aggregate value of the yuu E-Gift card(s) held in a person’s yuu points balance exceeding S$1,000.
  5. Any redemption exceeding this threshold may be declined or clawed back at the discretion of yuu Rewards Club.
  6. Points once credited to an account are final and cannot be reversed or transferred.
  7. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the yuu account information provided is accurate.
