PlayStation Store Gift Card

**The Gift Card can only be used online**
+ **Multiple** Gift Cards can be used per purchase.
+ Leftover balance can be used for future purchases.
+ If the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the Gift Card, additional payment method can be used to cover the difference.
+ The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
+ The Gift Card cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
+ Cannot be combined with other promotions.

**REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS**

1. Sign in to your PlayStation account on the game console.
2. Select PlayStation Store from the top menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the bar on the left of the screen and click "Redeem Code".
4. Enter the 12-digit code and press the "Done" button.
