How to use IN-STORE

  • Hand the cashier's voucher when you pay in the physical store.

How to use ONLINE

  • When closing the order, choose the field “Am card cadou”.
  • Enter the Gift Card series
  • Press the button “Aplica”
  • The value of the gift card will be deducted from the total value.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  • The Gift card can be used IN-STORE and ONLINE.
  • IN-STORE up to 10 (ten) Gift Cards can be used per single order.
  • ONLINE ONLY 1 (one) Gift Card can be used per transaction.
  • If the value of the order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer must pay the difference to complete the order.
  • The Gift Card can be used ONLY ONCE. Any remaining funds in case the value of a purchase/order is LESS THAN the value of the Gift Card is NOT REFUNDED and cannot be used for other purchases/orders.
  • The Gift Card can be used to buy one or more products if they are purchased in one single order.
  • The amount on the Gift Card must be spent in one purchase.

In magazinele fizice, mai multe carduri pot fi folosite pentru a plati valoarea produsului
Daca valoarea comenzii depaseste valoarea voucherului cadou, clientul trebuie sa plateasca diferenta pentru a finaliza comanda.
Voucherul cadou poate fi folosit doar O DATA. Orice suma ramasa in cazul in care valoare comenzii / cumparaturii este MAI MICA decat valoarea voucher-ului cadou NU SE RAMBURSEAZA si nu poate fi folosita pentru alte comenzi / cumparaturi. -- Voucherul cadou poate fi folosit in scopul achizitionarii unui produs sau mai multor produse, atata timp cat acestea sunt achizitionate in cadrul unei singure comenzi.
Valoarea voucher-ului cadou trebuie consumata in cadrul unei singure achizitii.
NU exista posibilitatea de a da rest sau a returna valoare.

Bought 3 codes of 200 RON in november 2021, and I was never able to use them online, each time for all 3 of the cards I got the same errors saying the card has already been used. I contacted the support, they asked me to send them screenshots as proof which I did, they then escalated to their "supplier" who seems to have answered them that the gift cards were delivered new and activated.... and they told me to contact Flanco instead. So yeah even if that must be an isolated problem with the gift cards of this shop I would recomand to avoid this specific gift card if you're not ready to fight with different customer services just to be able to use them... (but I will still buy plenty of others gift cards from Bitrefill (and I already bought others since then) but since then I'm a bit more aware that it might get complicated in case of problems with the products....).
