• The voucher holder or their proxy should visit any of Naivas supermarket physical 91 branches across Kenya
• The customer should present the voucher code to the cashier after picking the goods
• The cashier, will enter the code presented and issue a receipt for goods purchased
• In case the goods purchased are less than the voucher value, the voucher holder can get a balance by getting another voucher for the difference
• The customer pays for the difference, in cases where the amount redeemed is less then the total value of the goods purchased
