  • Validity: The gift voucher is valid for up to 12 months. The expiration date is printed directly on the voucher.
  • Eligible Products: The voucher can be used for all products available on Frisco.pl, including discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special prices.
  • Exclusions: The voucher cannot be used to purchase tobacco products or alcoholic beverages.
  • Delivery Costs: The voucher can also be applied toward delivery fees.
  • Payment Rules:
    • If the total order value exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid using one of the available online payment methods.
    • If the order value is less than the voucher amount, the unused balance will not be refunded.
    • The value of a voucher cannot be split across multiple transactions.
  • Multiple Vouchers: There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be used for a single order; vouchers may be combined.
