HOW IS IT SENT? The voucher will be sent as an email or voucher PDF file. HOW DO I REDEEM? Th voucher code is a 32 digit code found on the upper right hand side of the email you received or when you click "View Voucher Code". If your voucher code is 8 digits or no voucher code indicated, please send an email to admin@gifted.ph with subject "Request for SM EGC Code" and include your Order ID and Amount. Once you have the 32 digit code, simply proceed to any SM Department Store's Customer Service Section. Present the email, sms or printed copy of the voucher to the bCODE or M2Cash Redemption counter to claim your gift certificate then enjoy your gift! Terms and Conditions: Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The gift certificate is valid after receiving it. It can be redeemed in all of merchant’s branches and can be used to pay for anything for sale in the store.
