Your code loads credits into the CLiQQ Wallet in the CLiQQ app from 7-Eleven Philippines. You need a CLiQQ account registered to a Philippine mobile number.
  1. Install the CLiQQ app from the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery, then sign in with your Philippine mobile number.
  2. On the app home screen, tap Open Wallet. The first time, enter your email address and set a Wallet PIN to activate the wallet.
  3. Tap Load Wallet.
  4. Tap the Redeem Code gift icon at the lower right of the screen.
  5. Enter your 13 digit voucher code and confirm. The amount is added to your CLiQQ Wallet balance, refresh the home screen if it does not show right away.

Spending the credits:

  1. At any 7-Eleven store in the Philippines, tap Buy at 7-Eleven in the app.
  2. Enter your Wallet PIN to generate the E-Payment barcode.
  3. Show the barcode to the cashier for scanning.

Wallet credits pay for physical goods at 7-Eleven stores and on CLiQQ Shop, not for services such as bills payment, load top-ups or e-money, and they cannot be converted to cash. A single purchase cannot be split between cash and wallet credits. You can redeem up to 5 voucher codes per day on the app, and the CLiQQ Wallet has a maximum cash-in limit of PHP 30,000.

If the code returns an error, tap the Profile icon, open Settings, tap Reset Cache, make sure you are on the latest app version, and try again. Support is available at loyaltysupport@7-eleven.com.ph.
