The Back Room 기프트 카드

1. The E-gift card can only be redeemed at The Back Room in Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.
2. The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the E-gift card code. The recipient must only give this to the hotel staff once he/she commits to use it.
3. To use the E-gift card, the recipient may call (02) 8820-0888.
4. The E-gift card is for one-time use only. If the total value of the E-gift card is not used up in the transaction, there will be no cash change.
5. The E-gift card may not be valid for use on sale or certain promotional items/services.
6. The E-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The hotel and its guests are expected to comply with the prevailing safety protocols mandated by the IATF and/or the local government at the time of visit.
8. This E-gift card is not meant for re-sale.
9. For room bookings, a maximum of ten (10) E-gift cards may be used per day, subject to availability.
10. In case the item purchased is not available during the visit, the E-gift card may be used to purchase other hotel items with the same value.
11. Some offers can not earn Golden Circle Award Points. Please check with hotel staff upon redemption.
12. Hotel E-gift cards can not be used at hotel concessionaires outlets or for consigned items.
