I gave 2 stars because of the length of time it took to get my top up after I paid. Despite it took over 3 to 4 hours to get my top up, the response time in the email from customer service was alot faster than expected and I am grateful for that. I will definitely be using the bitrefill service in the future but I hope the time it takes to send the top up credit to a cellphone is greatly improved. Thank you in advance.
