The voucher code can only be submitted on the Oman version of the Almosafer app or website.
You must be signed in with a verified account while submitting the unique voucher code.
You'll receive the Wallet points within 60 minutes of submitting the code.
The Wallet points can be redeemed across all Almosafer Oman omni-channel touchpoints including web, app, call centre, WhatsApp and across retail branches.
The code is valid for one-time use only.
Duration of the code validity: 6 months
Earned Wallet points are valid for 6 months from the date the code is submitted.
Stay & travel period: Open with no blackout dates.
You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
Balance information on a Gift card could be obtained by visiting any Clients digital wallet. the 'Add & earn points' section under Wallet in 'My Account'.
