The following terms of use apply to the fashioncheque gift card in Norway.
  • The fashioncheque gift card is issued by fashioncheque Holding B.V., Kruisweg 801-C, 2132 NG Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. fashioncheque gift cards are sold by various retailers on behalf of the issuer.
  • The fashioncheque gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance expires.
  • Credit cannot be paid out (including any remaining balance).
  • The fashioncheque gift card is not personal and can therefore be transferred.
  • The fashioncheque gift card cannot be reloaded, either on an ongoing basis or once the balance has been used up.
  • The fashioncheque gift card can be redeemed at all participating stores, as shown in the store overview at www.fashioncheque.com
  • The fashioncheque gift card can only be used to purchase the following products: clothing, shoes, and accessories such as bags, jewelry, cosmetics, and fragrances.
  • The issuer accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage, unsuitability, or unauthorized use of the fashioncheque gift card.
  • The maximum amount for an issued fashioncheque gift card is NOK 4,000.
  • The issuer will deposit the funds received to credit the fashioncheque gift card into one or more client accounts in one or more banks during the validity period.
  • fashioncheque gift cards purchased and activated in Norway can also be redeemed at the daily exchange rate in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, and Germany.
