Online Redemption:

At the checkout page, enter your eGiftCard code (up to 5 eGiftCards can be used in a single transaction)
Enter the OTP corresponding to each eGiftCard as prompted
Once eGiftCards are validated, the total value of the eGiftCards will be applied as "eGiftCard Payment Received"
Pay the balance amount and complete the transaction

In-store Redemption:

Visit any of the COURTS stores in Singapore. Available locations here.
Once you complete your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter
Present your eGiftCard(s) to the cashier and advise the amount to be utilised before payment is made
Once the cashier scans your eGiftCard(s) into the system, you will receive the OTP(s). Share this with the cashier.
Once amount is deducted from the eGiftCard(s), redemption is completed.
