  • Voucher can be redeemed with any purchase in FamilyMart outlets, except purchase of Tobacco, Reloads of Mobile Phone, Game Point and Other Services, as well as plastic bags.
  • Voucher is valid for one redemption only. No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of the voucher.
  • QR code on the coupon must be presented to the cashier to redeem. Failure to do so, redemption of voucher is not allowed.
  • Voucher is not refundable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash. No refunds or exchange will be allowed for product(s) redeemed.
