  1. e-Gift Card's validity will be as stated and cannot be cancelled.
  2. e-Gift Card is valid for use only once during the validity period.
  3. Unredeemed e-Gift Cards will expire after the validity date.
  4. e-Gift Card issued shall not be "revalidated" i.e. no validity date changes under any circumstances including in the event of an expired e-Gift Card.
  5. e-Gift Card will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
  6. If the value of your order exceeds the value of the e-Gift Card, any outstanding order balance must be paid using a different payment method. If the value of your order is less than the value of the e-Gift Card, the remaining gift card value will be forfeited and not be redeemable.
  7. e-Gift Card cannot be used with any other e-gift card in a single order at the time of checkout.
  8. e-Gift Card is not a cash voucher.
  9. e-Gift Card cannot be refunded or converted into any cash alternatives. No cash alternatives or refund or credit will be offered in lieu of the e-Gift Card Value.
  10. e-Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Lazada Malaysia's platform (either on Lazada website or on Lazada app).
  11. No minimum purchase is required on the Lazada's platform to redeem the e-Gift Card.
  12. Only one (1) e-Gift Card can be used for a single purchase.
  13. e-Gift Cards cannot be combined and accumulated.
  14. Subject to subclause (15) below, e-Gift Card can be redeemed only one (1) time for a single purchase of any goods, but excluding shipping / courier charges.
  15. e-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for any digital goods, fine jewellery/gold, baby diapers, baby food, baby formula, tickets, vouchers, mobile top-ups and insurance products. For avoidance of doubt, this is not an exhaustive list and other items may be added to this list from time to time.
  16. e-Gift Card may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
  17. An account has to be created on the Lazada's platform to redeem the e-Gift Card. Lazada reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the e-Gift Card or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
