Bitrefill is the best way to spend your bitcoins, that application is very easy to use and the purchases are confirmed faster, sometimes in 10 minutes you've already the product code to use. I'm luckier for find it.

They didn't really charge a fee for it. They gave me the card as soon as they confirmed the payment.
