This eGift Card may be redeemed in full or as part payment for goods at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd. It can only be used in-store or online at www.sainsburys.co.uk.

It cannot be used for purchases via:

• The Sainsbury’s App
• Over the phone
• At Sainsbury’s Petrol Stations
• Any concessions within Sainsbury’s stores

Important Notes

• This eGift Card is not a credit, payment, or cheque guarantee card.
• It cannot be redeemed for cash, Sainsbury’s Bank products, services, or credit card balances.
• It cannot be resold or re-tendered.
• Sainsbury’s may exclude specific products from purchase via Gift Card – see the full list at: Sainsbury’s Gift Card Help.

Expiry

The value of this eGift Card expires 24 months from the date of initial activation (see expiry date above). If unused within this period, the card will be deactivated and any remaining balance lost. Treat this eGift Card like cash – it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Security and Changes

• Sainsbury’s is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the eGift Card.
• Sainsbury’s reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Checking Your Balance

You can check your eGift Card balance by:

• Reopening the link we sent you
• Refreshing the page after using your card
• Registering your gift card here: Check Balance

Balances update three times daily. This also applies to eGift Cards stored in Apple or Google digital wallets.
